Anna comes from the consulting world. She was the founding partner of Global Competitiveness Consulting, where she advised intergovernmental bodies on how to foster economic growth at the national and local level in Europe and OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) countries. She also has significant experience consulting on business strategy for firms entering Asian markets. Previously, Anna served as the CEO of Barcelona Activa, the economic development  arm of Barcelona’s municipal government, and in various capacities for the Catalonian government, the UN and the European Commission. She has degrees from University Pempeu Fabra in Spain, Sciences-Po and Universite Catholique de Louvain in France and Belgium, London School of Economics (LSE) in the UK, Harvard Kennedy School and IESE Business School, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. As the Senior Director of Government & Multilateral Partnerships, Anna leads our efforts to develop and grow meaningful partnerships between Teach For All and public sector supporters.
