Former Chief of the Bureau for Higher Education Qualifications at The National Agency for Higher Education Qualifications and Cooperation with the Socio-Economical Environment, leading the development of the National Qualification Framework for Higher Education. Focused on adult education, training of higher education teachers, competency development. Contributor to the national documents supporting educational policies in the fields of qualifications, national pre-university curriculum, and practitioners’ professionalization in adult education.
