Phil McComish leads projects across Teach For All which support teams, individuals and the network as a whole to respond more nimbly to opportunities and changing environments. His current major projects support the Europe region, the People, Operations and Culture team and the Organizational Development team. He leads Teach For All's efforts to evolve its ways of working. Phil has been with Teach For All since 2008, previously serving in a number of different programmatic roles, most recently leading the Network Impact team from 2013 to 2016. As a 2004 Teach First participant, Phil taught French and German to Year 7-12 students in London and before joining Teach For All, he was a foreign correspondent for Thomson Reuters in Brussels. Phil holds Masters degrees in French and German from the University of Cambridge and in European Politics from the College of Europe, Bruges, Belgium, and is based in Teach For All’s London office.
