Karlis Andersons is Iespejama Misija's CEO and represents the organization within the NEWTT Steering Committee. 

With over 10 years of experience from the private sector, Karlis Andersons has joined Mission Possible in 2016. He has graduated Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and has recently obtained Masters degree in Education from the University of Latvia. In his current position Karlis's goal is to increase the number of fellows that join the program every year to achieve the vision of Mission Possible.
