Mr. Adrian Barbulescu is a Director for the School Network, withing the National Ministry of Education and Scientific Research. He previously filled a position of Superior Inspector for the same Ministry of Education, where he has worked for the last 11 years.  Prior to that, he was School Director and also a Human Resources Inspector for the Inspectorate of the Municipality of Bucharest.
