After her studies in education and sociology Anderson-Park focused on quantitative research methods and evaluation. After graduation, she worked at the Centre for Evaluation of Teaching at the University of Marburg, Germany. At the moment she is finishing her doctoral thesis on teacher induction (supervised by Abs). Her fields of research are teacher education, diagnostics, and quantitative research analyses. As a researcher within the NEWTT evaluation team, she is conducting the evaluation of NEWTT which includes the development of instruments, data collection and analyses as well as documentation and reporting.
