Esther Sarsa is the CEO of Fundación Empieza por Educar (Spain). Previously, she was the Public Affairs Director at Danone Spain and Portugal managing the areas of Government Affairs, Sustainable Development, External Scientific Affairs and Health Marketing for the four divisions: Dairy, Waters, Early Life Nutrition and Advanced Medical Nutrition divisions. She has a great expertise in Sustainable Development, having led this area for 8 years, being awarded at “Business and Social Co-Creation” European contest and transforming multinational companies into BCorps. Esther holds a MSC in Telecommunications Engineer and MBA by IESE. She was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and also worked at EPSON in Paris.
